Donlin Recano Managing Director Scott Y. Stuart Named to the Board of the New York
Institute of Credit, the Non-Profit Organization Dedicated to Educating the Financial
Community
New York City – December 7, 2007 – Scott Y. Stuart, Esq., Managing Director
of Donlin Recano and Company, Inc., the bankruptcy management consultancy, has been
named to the board of the New York Institute of Credit (NYIC).

Mr. Stuart has been a member of the bankruptcy community for nearly twenty years,
with a background that includes extensive public- and private-sector experience,
including the Office of the United States Trustee for the Eastern District of New
York, department chair of Rivkin Radler’s insolvency department and general counsel
to TruFoods Systems, Inc., a company built on acquiring distressed companies in
the fast-food sector.
