An industry mover with two decades of public and private-sector experience, Scott brings a wealth of experience to every case.

He is responsible for new business development and strategic marketing efforts. Scott's previous experience includes the Office of the United States Trustee for the Eastern District of New York, department chair of Rivkin Radler's insolvency department, and general counsel to TruFoods Systems, Inc.

He is a frequent contributor to law and bankruptcy trades like the Daily Bankruptcy Review.

Scott has a B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
